Series 1800 – Gage Hanger (Retrievable)
General
The TTS Thru Tubing Gage Hanger is a slimline retrievable anchor designed to drift minimum ID’s and set a larger pipe sizes below. It can be used as a hanger for downhole tools such as gauges, fluid samplers, or pack-offs. Other applications may be as a barrier (for debris or abandoned tools below) or as a stop or depth marker for subsequent operations.
The slimline design allows for minimal restriction of flow area during production/injection cycles. The standard tool is designed 4-1/2” to 7” casing. Conversion kits allow a single tool to function in a wider range of pipe ID down to 3-1/2” or up to 9-5/8”. Tool retrieval is easily accomplished via wireline using standard pulling tools.
Features/Benefits
- Anchor may be removed via wireline.
- Heat treated slips designed to hold in 13Cr and P-110.
- Optimized design for maximum annular flow area.
- Convertible for other pipe ID’s.
