Series 4025 – HPHT Wireline Pressure Setting Tool
General
The TTS Series 4025 HPHT Wireline Pressure Setting Tool is designed is used to provide the stroke and force required to set bridge plugs, cement retainers, packers, and other tension bolt/shear ring released devices via wireline. An electrically activated power charge (gas generator) produces a sufficient volume of high pressure gas. This gas pressure, acting upon the piston area, provides the required amount of force to sever tension bolts or shear rings that commonly attach the downhole tools to the setting tool.
Tools are rated to 20,000 psi at 400° F.
Features/Benefits
- Self Bleeding - relieves gas charge by-products downhole increasing safety and eliminating manual bleeding of trapped pressure on surface
- Fluid Metered – reduces and controls speed of setting cycle
- Long Stroke – sufficient length to set tools requiring additional stoke
- Adaptable – fits most commonly available plugs
